• Location: International Business Park
• 5 days work week, 830am to 530pm

Job Description:

• Monitor and oversee daily operation.
• Perform quality check on repaired machine.
• Handling complaints (from both staff and customers).
• Facilitate problem solving and collaboration.
• Maintain safe and conducive working environment in the service workshop.
• Contribute to ideas for improving current working methods and processes.
• Handle difficult situations and resolving complaints.
• Prioritise own work within a general schedule and allocate work to other staff daily to meet deadlines.
• Carry out planning so that adequate resources, equipment, and stock are available to meet specific work objectives.
• Responsible for the safe keeping of allocated equipment, tools and for ensuring they are kept in good working order.
• Provides guidance to new technician.
• Persuade, motivate, and organise own team members.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITE in Engineering or any other relevant field
• Able to supervise workers work and work with workers well
• Preferably holds a Class 3 driving license
• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant supervisory and hands-on experiences in a technical role
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
