Job Responsibilities

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle, assisting our dynamic sales team and interacting directly with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the technical subject matter expert during sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the capabilities of our warehouse automation solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct comprehensive site assessments to understand customer requirements, potential challenges, and integration opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the clients' unique needs.
• Provide technical guidance to our customers, answering any queries related to the implementation, functionality, and benefits of our automation systems.
• Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other related documents, ensuring that technical specifications and capabilities are accurately represented.
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning our company as a trusted advisor in warehouse automation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role, ideally within the warehouse automation or similar industry.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, warehouse control systems, and autonomous machinery is an advantage
• Strong technical presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed
