Responsibilities:

• Under Consumer Electronics Division
• Ensure accurate updating of inventory records
• Ensure prompt and accurate issuance of parts
• Order and Issue spare parts for technicians
• Submit faulty parts claim report to principle
• Liaise with different departments on issuance of parts
• Prepare weekly purchase reports
• Perform daily inventory update
• Perform preparation for stock-take audits
• Handle parts purchase, collection and allocation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• GCE 'N' level, Nitec or any related discipline
• Min. 1 to 2 years of relevant inventory support working experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with stakeholder especially customers.
