Responsibilities and Duties:

• Liaise with Restructured Hospitals, other healthcare institutions and community partners to sustain and increase referrals to the client
• Undertake marketing functions to increase uptake of services
• Develop protocols and workflow process with external organisations and partners
• Participate in projects and activities to improve the quality of patient care
• Review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of unit/Dept and the client
• Lead and supervise staff of Referral team
• Appraise staffs performance
• Assist with the planning of departmental training and professional development
• Assist in the orientation of staff and external parties
• Prepare reports and statistics as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent, preferably with at least 5 years of work experience.
• Must have interest in working on healthcare issues related to the elderly population and able to lead a team independently.
• Experience related to partnerships development and stakeholder management will be an asset.
