Job Responsibilities:

Product Supports:

• Provide product technical consultancy and supports on project job basis to sales team by fully understand the product applications, customer requirements and competitive product positioning.
• Connect with various factories contacts to provide technical clarifications and quotes to sales team.
• Develop training materials (product, competitive streetfighters, process, etc.) and deliver the trainings to sales and sometimes to key distributors when necessary.
• Co-visit customer with sales and provide necessary on-site support for customer seminar/technical clarification sessions
• Collect customer needs, regulations and market trends to understand opportunities for improvements to current products and for new products.

VM Development:

• Support countries to identify targeted vertical markets through analyzing and understanding where vertical opportunities may reside with collective information of business strategies, market opportunities & trends, important policy guidelines, competitive landscapes, etc.
• Work with country leader to build vertical market development and penetration plan.
• Track and analyze, conduct, and refresh the vertical market & application studies for South Asia.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
• 2 years relevant working experience in product supports, marketing, engineering, application engineer, aftermarket services experience and background are preferred.
• Demonstrated strong technical and product knowledge / experiences.
• Customer oriented, problem solving and solution mindset.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
• Ability to work projects from start to finish identifies opportunities and drive execution.
• Energetic, passionate, driven, and strong interpersonal skills who works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to travel up to 10%
