Responsibilities:

• Work independently and lead the company's finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Controller.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and key performance objectives.
• Provide financial guidance and assistance in the formulation and execution of the annual operating plan.
• Ensure the maintenance of an up-to-date cash flow projection and maximize cash flow performance through effective controls on inventory, credit, collections, disbursements, deposits, and remittances.
• Prepare outlooks for forthcoming months and forecasts for the remainder of the year.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing actual results against the budget, analyze the findings, and recommend necessary measures to the Executive Committee to achieve budget targets.
• Implement and review financial controls and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
• Analyze financial and management reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Coach and develop junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
• Coordinate with operational teams and act as a liaison with external entities such as auditors, government bodies, and banks.
• Prepare monthly management reports, statutory reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis reports.
• Undertake other project analysis assignments as required.
  
  

Qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent in accounting/finance.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a multinational company, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• CPA, ACCA qualification or equivalent is required.
• Strong command of verbal and written English and Chinese languages.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with accounting systems.
• Self-motivated individual with excellent teamwork skills.
• Quick learner who thrives in a fast-growing environment
