Responsibilities:

• Oversee and certify all required documentation for Preventive Maintenance (PM) in accordance with standards
• Conduct timely Inspection for all stations in accordance with standards and ensure proper documentation
• Enforce standards in the Company and ensure the teams stay updated.
• Regular update of SOP with newly identified anomalies to guide Field Technicians when performing independent work on-site
• Handle escalated anomalies to minimize charging stations downtime and ensure operational efficiency
• Provide technical guidance and training to Field Technician Team to enhance individuals technical competencies
• Act as the Technical representative in leading innovation and testing methodology
• Oversee end-to-end Inventory Management, all repair activities at the workshop, and station accidents
• Support in technical advisory at tender briefings and site surveys
• Assist with any ad-hoc administrative matters as required by the management

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) Grade 7 or 8 is a must
• Possess good communication skills, strong problem identification and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office
