Accounting Admin Assistant

 Job Description:

  • Perform data entry for basic accounting transactions
  • Assist in chasing payments and following up on outstanding invoices
  • Handle filing and documentation of finance-related records
  • Manage online submissions and payments for statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, SIP, PCB, HRDF)
  • Prepare bank payments and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) forms
  • Support the finance team with any additional tasks as assigned by superiors or management
