Accounting Admin Assistant
Job Description:
- Perform data entry for basic accounting transactions
- Assist in chasing payments and following up on outstanding invoices
- Handle filing and documentation of finance-related records
- Manage online submissions and payments for statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, SIP, PCB, HRDF)
- Prepare bank payments and Telegraphic Transfer (TT) forms
- Support the finance team with any additional tasks as assigned by superiors or management
