Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution
-Develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies and media buying plans for global campaigns across platforms like Meta ,Google Ads,and programmatic channels. - Perform daily optimizations of client ad accounts (bidding, targeting, creative A/B testing) to maximize ROI and align with KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR).
- Client Management & Reporting
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights, translating complex data into clear recommendations for clients. - Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
- Cross-Channel Campaign Management
Lead end-to-end management of integrated marketing projects, ensuring seamless execution across paid social, search, and display channels. Collaborate with teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
- Market & Trend Analysis
Stay ahead of global digital marketing trends, emerging social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat), and algorithm updates to advise clients on innovative tactics. Analyze competitor strategies and audience behavior to refine targeting and messaging. Qualifications Required:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for international markets.
- Proven track record of optimizing ad performance (e.g., lowering CPA, improving conversion rates).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong understanding of cross-channel attribution models and audience segmentation strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for clients.
- Fluency in English& Thai (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
