Responsibilities:

  1. Develop IT policies and strategies for the organization, including planning for the most efficient use of existing technologies or exploring new hardware and software to drive business growth.
  2. Oversee and develop operating and capital budgets related to the organizations IT to manage expenses effectively.
  3. Manage contracts for hardware, software, and communication services.
  4. Coordinate and develop operational plans to support organizational goals and strategic plans, as well as maintain and recommend IT systems.
  5. Plan and collaborate with the team to identify and implement new technologies that benefit the organization.
  6. Manage and monitor the IT team to provide support, resolve issues, and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge base for future reference.
  7. Oversee IT department processes to ensure maximum efficiency.
  8. Prepare and maintain records of IT usage, repairs, and other relevant data for effective IT management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 5 years of management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in managing and supporting ERP/WMS/CMMS systems.
  • Strong expertise in managing various systems and networks.
  • Excellent team player with strong leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a business-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English communication with good interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to IT-related laws and policies to ensure compliance and protect the organizations reputation.
