Business Development Manager

• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with external partners.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the education sector.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• Ability to use a variety of software, preference for candidates with experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Canva.
• Experience with data-driven decision making to maximise ROI in events, promotions and business partnerships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Experience in education sector is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
