Customer Service Executive (Order Processing & Shipping)
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
- Attend to all sales enquiries
- Follow-up on status of sales orders and liaise with factory on delivery plans
- Attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
- General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc.
- Prepare trade documentation
- Liaise with third party logistic company for shipping processing
- Ensure on-time delivery to local & overseas customers
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma holder
- 1 year of working experience in logistic/shipping/ordering processing functions
- No relevant working experience are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications
- Familiar with handling export shipment and Letter of Credit will be an advantage
