Customer Service Executive (Order Processing & Shipping)

 Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Attend to all sales enquiries
  • Follow-up on status of sales orders and liaise with factory on delivery plans
  • Attend and solve problems arising from sales orders
  • General administrative work relating to sales agreement, correspondence, etc.
  • Prepare trade documentation
  • Liaise with third party logistic company for shipping processing
  • Ensure on-time delivery to local & overseas customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma holder
  • 1 year of working experience in logistic/shipping/ordering processing functions
  • No relevant working experience are welcome to apply
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel applications
  • Familiar with handling export shipment and Letter of Credit will be an advantage
