Salary Range: Up to $10,500.00
This is a Permanent role.
We are looking for highly motivated individual to join us and be part of the Regional Centre of Competence for Customer Relationship Management (RCoC RCM). The incumbent will be responsible in overseeing the continuous delivery of services to the customers / Market Performance Centre within the Overseas region for the for the Regional Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution using Salesforce and all the ecosystem around CRM. Besides that, the incumbent will also be overseeing the CRM Customer Data Management (CDM) related projects and rollouts to ensure it is well completed as per plan as well as ensuring all releases and deployments of software components are properly planned, designed and tested for smooth business operations.
The main responsibilities also include the following:
1. Manage CRM CDM related project for IT Overseas
- Discuss and align with business units overseas and markets for project rollout timeline and budget
- Create an overall project plan, financial plan and resource plan
- Onboard internal and external teams for project delivery
- Build and rollout the solution to the market
- Transition and handover to service operations team post go-live
2. Manage Stakeholder's Expectations and Delivery for all Products in the Portfolio
- Stakeholder Alignment
- Arrange for Project SteCos
- Jointly agree with Markets and CoC management for project Risks/Issues/Dependencies and take appropriate next steps
3. Manage Suppliers with respect to delivery, financials and compliance
- Supplier teams onboarding and offboarding
- Scope & commercials alignment
- Supplier feedback and evaluations
4. Employees Management
- Lead a team of highly motivated employees and provide them the best environment to work and perform (including hiring, training, appraisals, feedback)
5. Work with internal and third-party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services
- Performance Improvements
- Product enhancements
- Product Stabalization
6. Manage the CRM Salesforce Releases
- Review the Release process regularly with suppliers
- Ensure a stable release in production
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of working experience in IT industry, with at least 5+ years in a subject management expert capacity and with an university degree in Computer Science, Information systems or related disciplines.
- 10+ years successful program and project management demonstration
- Ensure project deliverables are on time and on budget
- Capable to manage teams, budgets and deadlines
- Able to manage multiple priorities and flex with frequent change
- Able to drive alignment across stakeholders to achieve the program objectives
- Demonstrable experience in leading virtual teams
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to match business needs with project goals
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Good understanding of overall Salesforce architecture & landscape
- Thorough understanding of object-oriented concepts
- Expert knowledge of Agile, ITIL and PMI disciplines
