Salary: $12.00 Per hour

Duration: 6-12 months contract (Renewable)

Working hours :

3.5 days per week

8.30am - 6.00pm for Mondays-Saturdays

Sundays only Morning slots:

• Sat/Sun Morning: 830am 130pm
• Sat Afternoon: 12pm 6pm

Location: Ubi (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Scope of work

• Livechat
• Email service tickets
• Answer Customer comments and reviews on Social media and App stores : Facebook, Instagram , Appstore, Google Play , other review sites (open comments and direct messages)
• Raise Service Request and work with IT support to close cases
• Monitor competitive activity on social media and produce weekly management report.

Skill set required

• Good command of English
• Familiar with Apps and social media platforms
• IT Savvy
• Good customer service skills.
• Undergraduates from Polytechnics / Universities are encouraged to apply.
• No experience required (On-Job-Training provided)
