Responsibilities:

• Possess the passion and love for babies
• Establish a warm and nurturing relationship with the babies
• Always maintain close and attentive supervision both indoors and outdoors
• Adjust sensitively and responsively to the babies needs
• Interact actively with the babies
• Develop and maintain good communication and rapport with parents
• Conduct daily visual health checks and temperature taking for babies upon arrival
• Observe proper and good hygiene practices for sanitization of milk bottles, feeding, showering and changing of diapers for babies
• Maintain a conducive and safe learning environment for babies
• Wash and disinfect the toys and other objects handled by babies daily
• Wipe and disinfect mattresses daily
• Set up stimulating and enriching learning environment
• Report any suspect of child abuse
• Display a respectful and reciprocal approach with the young infants
• Conduct consistent records for the babies daily routines (e.g: feeding time, toileting, change of bath time)
• Provide quality care and developmentally appropriate learning experiences to the infants and toddler
• Shows consistency with following the Philosophy and Standard Operation Procedures

Requirements:

• At least a HCIC/ACEY certification
• Certified by ECDA
• Preferably have at least 1 or 2 years of relevant working experience in a infant setting
• Possess a pleasant personality
