Title : Finance Executive

Working Hours : 9am to 5.30pm

Salary Range : Up to S$4,500 Per month



Responsibilities:

• Prepare actual and budget/forecast financial reporting and presentation, including improve the template when needed.
• Perform variance analysis and document commentaries on financial results for the respective business and operation units.
• Partner with business teams to support business decisions & strategy.
• Ensure each business and operation units costs are being forecasted and accounted properly for before month end close.
• Assist to manage outsource service provider related to month end reporting package.
• Manage Regional Cost recharge quarterly billing to inter-companies
• Manage inter-co recharging process for other project costs or regional costs
• Liaise with respective stakeholders for inter-company transactions/recharging process.
• Ensure timely invoicing to inter-companies in accordance to closing calendar schedule
• Ensure agreements are in place and maintain inter-co agreement listings up to-date
• Support in preparing weekly and monthly cash flow forecast and daily cash flow report.
• Manage hedging operations, evaluation, and monitoring of daily rates.
• Support in other Treasury matters



Requirements:

• Possess at least ACCA / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 3 years of financial reporting experience in MNC environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multitask environment
• Positive work attitude and a high level of energy
• Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
