Job Responsibilities

• Responsible of answering calls, scheduling appointments
• Registration of patients, dispensing herbs/medications and payment collection
• General administrative duties in clinic such as manage office supplies
• Support day-to-day operation

Job Requirements

• O/A/Nitec/Dip with min 1 year of relevant experience 
• Basic computer knowledge
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday (9am to 6pm), Wednesday half day (9am to 1pm), closed on Sunday and Public Holiday
  
• Working location: Novena
