Job Responsibilities

• Ensure cost-quality optimized goods and services procurement, on suitable terms for delivery, cost, payments and quality to meet companys project timescales and milestones.
• Ensure SCM flow accuracy to meet companys objective and customer delivery schedule
• Ensure compliance of shipping documents, e.g export letter of credit (LC) documentation, LC negotiation, certificate of origin and etc
• Ensure safety and accuracy of warehouse inventory and develop a strategy to manage slow-moving and obsolete stocks and non-moving stocks to meet companys objectives.
• Drive strategic initiatives and business process improvement relative to SCM Procurement, Logistic and Warehouse costs to support companys objective for margin improvement.
• Manage and conduct investigation on shipment/inventory damage claims on insurance issues.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• 6 - 8 Year and above experience in procurement and supply chain management
• Proficiency in sourcing related skills including sourcing strategy development and execution, contract management and supplier performance management
• Demonstrated experience in change management projects with measurable, positive business
• Working knowledge on Planning/ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamic 365 etc
