People Specialist (Talent & Organisation Strategy)
Job Description:
Develop and execute the end-to-end people strategy, including organisation design and analysis, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and people engagement:
Organisation Design and Analysis:
- Serve as the cross-functional partner to engage Business Leads in reviewing and aligning organisation structure and roles, decision-making and workflow processes, as well as performance and reward mechanisms to improve the overall efficiency and productivity of teams
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Enable Hiring Managers with the necessary tools (e.g. interview guides) and training required to hire effectively into positions and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Performance Management and Compensation:
- Guide Business Leads in goal-setting, performance reviews, and total rewards decision-making using performance and business data and insights
People Engagement:
- Identify and champion people engagement initiatives on topics such as Feedback & Recognition, Culture, and Beliefs, and Health & well-being, etc. to drive employee morale, health, and wellbeing
- Advise Business Leads in managing any disciplinary issues or employee grievances and maintain team engagement
Our Ideal Candidate
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in broad-based strategic human capital consulting, either in an external or internal capacity
- Highly motivated and a self-starter who is able to think strategically, analyse issues and problem-solve
- Able to work independently and fast, while drawing on others expertise when needed
- Resourceful and innovative thinker with the willingness to think out of the box and break away from traditional human capital management norms
- Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to navigate ambiguity and dynamic business requirements
- Results and impact-oriented with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication and business partnering skills; displays maturity and empathy in building trusted relationships
