• Salary up to $3.5K-based on relevant experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares sales order and quotation.
• Handles variation order, progress claim and final account settlement.
• Reviewing tender and contract documents.
• Any other QS function as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma /Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying or related studies
• Min2- 3 years local construction working experience preferably in a subcontractor firm.
• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• Computer literacy in MS office preferably with basic AUTOCAD drawing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Meticulous, Independent, Ability to work in a team with good working attitude

• Working Hour: Mon - Thurs 8am-6pm, Fri 8am-5pm
