Job Responsibilities:

• Provide pre and post sales technical solution for inverters / drives;
• Site troubleshooting and LV drive commissioning
• Organize in-house trainings for Sales and Marketing team;
• Provide technical trainings/ seminars at consultants/ end-users premises;
• Assist sales team in regional distribution network expansion;
• Able to compose bill of materials based on tender specifications
• Provide customer support by responding well to customer technical questions and understanding customer technical requirements to propose optimal solutions to strengthen customer relationship and trust
• Conduct market studies and feedback
• Prepare technical manual/ articles
• Creation of technical database

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in handling low voltage electrical products such as drives/ motors/PLC, preference in VFDs;
• Willing to provide hands-on pre & post sales technical solutions to support sales team
• Strong site troubleshooting and application skill
• Project management skill is a plus
• Confident in conducting technical trainings and technical presentations to partners and customers
• Solution oriented mindset
• Prompt response to end-users/distributors technical enquiries;
• Keep awareness of new product launch and acquire its technical knowledge
