Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the introduction of new processes in the factory.
• Work with the suppliers and/or the assigned engineers from HQ on the installation of new equipment/tools.
• Establish procedures and conduct trainings with the relevant sections in the manufacturing line.
• Propose solutions, evaluate, and recommend changes for process enhancement to improve quality and build cycle time.
• Lead and work with the HW team on the design of prototype daughter boards, including the replacement of defective components in a complex board layout during PCB repair.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics/Mechanical or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Semiconductor industry
• Process improvement & troubleshooting related experiences.
• Preferably with electronic hardware and PCB repair knowledge.
