Customer Experience Executive (Logistic)

 Job Description:

  • 10-15 mins walk from Jurong East MRT
  • 5 days, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

  • Prompt and accurate handling of customer inquiries, request for quotation (RFQ), feedback and any other general inquiries
  • Preparation, maintenance and review of proposals, procedures, tenders, service agreements with key account customers
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholder on shipment follow up once quotation accepted
  • Source and negotiate for competitive price-structure
  • Building a network of project-based vendors (Local & Overseas) to facilitate existing and future projects/shipments
  • Collate data & pricing for freight library
  • Report's preparation, and submission
  • Vetting of vendors and update annual approved vendor list (AVL)
  • Customer visits and development (if required)
  • Prepare and review SOP for customer
  • Fulfil any other tasks as and when assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or similar field would be advantageous.
  • Experience in freight forwarding preferable with at least 1 year experience
  • Experience with Free Trade Agreement (FTA) project, out of gauge and heavy lift experience would be advantageous
  • Good communication skill in both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
