Human Resource Associate

• Support Hourly recruitment, onboarding activities including operator orientation and offboarding activities
• Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
• Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
• Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employee engagement
• Managing eLeave in Workday and reporting
• HR administrative such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday system

Requirements

• Diploma in Business/ HR with at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task
• Able to adapt to work in a fast pace environment
