Reporting to Head, HR, the HR Partner will partner directly with clinical services (Nurses and Therapist) to provide the following HR processes.

Recruitment & Cessation

• End to end recruitment & selection process
• Onboarding
• Upload E-pfile
• 30 & 90-day reviews
• End to end cessation process, exit interview

• Retirement & Re-employment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary proposal for new hires
• Update HR policies
• Leave & Benefits management

• Claims approval

Performance Management

• Confirmation for new hires
• Provide advice on performance Management cycle

Learning & Development

• Learning Application and course registration
• Administer learning plan

• Administer learning sponsorship and bond deed

Employee Engagement

• Performance issues
• Conflict Resolution

Grievances

The incumbent will also undertake the following HR shared services.

• Insurances
• Staff movement announcement
• Management report
• Payroll

Pre-requisites

• Degree in HR with minimum 5 years of working experience in HR functional area, organizational development and employee relations from Healthcare/Community Care setting
• Good employment law understanding, demonstrated experience in supporting performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
• Mature and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and able to juggle multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
• Ability to communicate and work well with all levels
• Working hours: 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Thu, 8am to 5pm (Fri). 2 days work-from-home
• Salary Range: $4500 to $5500
