• Coordinate with Plants and Sourcing heads for requirement and purchasing strategies. Responsible for procurement of commercial / R&D use all materials, inquiring, price comparison, price negotiation operation.
• Responsible for commercial API import permit application and support customs clearance.
• Place orders to suppliers after sourcing team negotiate with suppliers for price and expediting the delivery with suppliers.
• Manage global GMP product purchase to pay process, compliance with Regulation of GMP supply management.
• Manage global GMP product distribution and co-work with SG Warehouse for logistic and trade compliance with suppliers.
• Assisting to vendors quality issue solved.
  
• Purchase expense cost analysis 
• Ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in any field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in API
• Possess a high drive for results and business focus
• Familiar with PIC/S, S4 HANA system OPS with MRP experiences
  
• Familiar international trade practice, Data and statistic application and management capability
• Have Operation quality control management capability 
• Willing to embrace in changes and high standard of quality work
