Talent Acquisition Executive
Job Description:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging travel and accommodations when necessary.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending employment offers.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on the progress of recruitment activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 year of talent acquisition/ recruitment experience
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
- uP TO $4000
