Talent Acquisition Executive

 Job Description:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including arranging travel and accommodations when necessary.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending employment offers.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and HR on the progress of recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance the overall candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 year of talent acquisition/ recruitment experience
  • Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
  • uP TO $4000
  • Central Singapore
