Application Support (.Net)
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our .Net applications
- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any technical issues
- Monitor and maintain the performance of our applications
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for our applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the .Net space
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
- Participate in on-call support rotation to provide 24/7 technical support when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in application support for .Net applications
- Strong knowledge of .Net framework, C#, and SQL
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
