Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for our .Net applications
• Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve any technical issues
• Monitor and maintain the performance of our applications
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for our applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhancements
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the .Net space
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in on-call support rotation to provide 24/7 technical support when necessary

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in application support for .Net applications
• Strong knowledge of .Net framework, C#, and SQL
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
