• Facilitate end-to-end operations of the client's tenant onboarding, e-voucher programme, Marketplace and other marketing activities, including digital and online platforms.
• Develop simple marketing materials like web and app banners to support the client's marketing activities
• Support the development and maintenance of the client's app to work closely with lead department and vendor to ensure the smooth functioning of the programme.
• Assist in simple system testing (UAT) of the app and respective portals to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues and performance bottlenecks and facilitate deployment.
• Handle administrative tasks including compiling and submitting monthly reports promptly, e-voucher reconciliation etc.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
