Responsibilities

• Supporting HR Manager in design, review & implementation of projects such as Com & Ben, performance management system and career development
• To be responsible for promotion, market adjustment, annual salary review and variable bonus
• Salary surveys & benchmarking exercise
• Planning and execution of staff welfare activities
• Work with HR Business Partners to ensure execution of programmes

Requirement

• Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Construction industry
• Possess supervisory experience
