Responsibilities:

• Responsible to undertake the implementation of HRIS system across APAC as part of the company HR process improvement
• Collect and analyse data & stats with regards to HR practices, employee engagement, C&B, turnover & productivity
• Compiling date report results for management reporting
• Liaise with IT Team for integration matters to the various platforms

Requirement:

• Degree in HR or relevant certification
• At least 4 years working experience of HR practices
• Experience working on HRIS system & implementation
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
