 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to attract best talents for the organisation.
  • Build constant talent pipelines
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and initiatives
  • Collaborate with Institutes to attract and recruit talents through internships and campus/overseas recruiting events
  • Review of processes to streamline, digitalise while ensuring/ improving positive candidate experience.
  • Use metrics to create hiring dashboard, track and report hiring fulfilment against plans and identify areas of improvement 
  • Familiarity with recruitment channels including digital and social platforms
  • Employer branding strategy

Requirements:

  • Deg with 5 years working experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a talent acquisition role (ideally in volume hiring).
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment with high volume recruitment.
  • Good knowledge of local employment regulations
  • Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Workday, social media and job boards.
