Description

• Manage a team of 30 specialists/workers, overseeing daily service operations and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Ensuring the team achieves set targets which includes but is not limited to SOS (State of Service), staff retention, quality checks (SQC), leads, and CVC (Customer Voice Counts)
• Ensuring prompt and timely service at customers premises
• Handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions to resolve the issue.
• Ensure discipline, counseling and coaching to drainage specialists
• Conduct on-the-job training for new team members
• Assisting OM /OE in ensuring service excellence and quality
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the OM

Requirements

• GCE O Level and above or equivalent and/ or relevant working experience
• Comfortable working in Plumbing / Sanitary related environment or job
• Possess strong leadership capabilities in managing a team of approximately 30 Drainage specialists
• Possess minimum Class 3 license or Class 4 license
• Service-oriented
• Computer literate, knowledge in usage of Microsoft Office and mobile phone applications is a must

• Work place: Macpherson - Nearest MRT Tai Seng (Bus Number to reach : 8, 62, 90, 151)
• Mon to Fri: 7am to 4pm / Every Sat : 7am to 1pm (Sometime may start earlier like 4am)
