Job Description:
Position: Sales - Automation Product & System Integrator, Network
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in intralogistics automation and solutions (e.g., AGVs, AMRs, picking robots, shuttle systems).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, system integrators, OEMs, and channel partners.
- Conduct site visits, customer presentations, technical discussions, and solution demos.
Solution Design & Proposal
- Understand customer requirements and propose tailored automation solutions in collaboration with pre-sales, engineering, and application teams.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including layout design, costing, ROI analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams and HQ/CoE to ensure accurate and competitive offerings.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in automation.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to contribute to product development and go-to-market strategy.
Project Handover & Support
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to project execution by supporting the project team during kickoff, design, and commissioning phases.
- Address any post-sales technical or commercial issues in collaboration with service/support teams.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Automation Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation, robotics, or material handling.
- English communication is the MUST.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and software's robotics, AGVs/AMRs, sensors, PLCs, SCADA, RCS, WMS, motion control etc.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or solution selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and develop conceptual layouts.
- Self-driven, proactive, and customer oriented.
- Willing to travel abroad / up-country as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with warehouse automation, intralogistics systems, or smart factory technologies.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools.
- Experience in working with multinational or cross-border teams.
