We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager with intermediate design skills (basic experience in animation is a plus) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Design eye-catching graphics and animations for social media posts, stories, and ads.
• Manage day-to-day content posting and scheduling across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, X, Facebook, Instagram, Medium, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Utilize CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with broader campaigns and goals.
• Engage with the audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Experience in the Web3 or Blockchain field is a must.
• Intermediate graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with animation software (e.g., After Effects) and the ability to create basic to intermediate animations.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and their features.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
