Job Duties:

·         Evaluate patient as a basis for planning and implementing an appropriate treatment program

·         Administer therapeutic interventions to alleviate impairments of functional limitations and to maximize recovery

·         Provide patient and family education

·         Initiate discharge planning and recommend appropriate post discharge therapy program

·         Maintain clear, appropriate and accurate documentation of all treatments in timely manner

·         Build and maintain good relationship with referral sources

·         Treat all patient information strictly confidential

·         Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job requirements:

·         Diploma or degree in occupational therapy

·         AHPC full registration

·         Min 3 years relevant working experience
