An established infrastructure organisation responsible for the deployment, operation, and maintenance of a nationwide connectivity network, supporting multiple service providers and large-scale developments across Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock level, analyze and identify stocks to be purchased before triggering the purchase
• To prepare the required Material Forecast List and document for Operation Team to give their input before preparing for analysis and purchase plan
• Assist with the invoice payment for all consignment stocks
• Prepare Weekly Reconciliation for consign materials
• Manage materials suppliers to resolve any gaps in communication and execution of production of materials and delivery
• Monitor Suppliers and Warehouse performance
• Act as the main coordinator between the operations departments and our 3PL
• Negotiate with suppliers to adjust delivery schedules as needed
• Assist on the buffer stocks verification checks for different material suppliers
• Resolve material-related issues faced by the operations team, including urgent purchase requirements
• Act as a representative for Central Procurement in Tender Opening and Commercial Evaluation Committee
• To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in materials purchasing and warehousing
• Experience in using SAP
• Experience in sourcing, tenders and negotiation has an added advantage
