Position: Assistant Human Resource Manager

Level: Senior – Manager
Location: Prachinburi, Thailand
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in overseeing end-to-end HR strategy and operations in alignment with corporate and regional policies.
- Act as a key contact for labor union management, employee relations, and collective bargaining / dispute handling within the plant, ensuring full compliance with Thai labor laws and company standards. (A track record of dispute handling is preferable.)
- Lead and support organizational structure review and improvement, manpower planning, and headcount control to enhance operational efficiency. (Experienced in execution of organization structure and salary structure review and improvement is advantage.)
- Drive organizational structure improvement, Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations in accordance with Japanese HQ requirements, manpower allocation, and workforce productivity in line with production requirements.
- Oversee performance management systems, KPI frameworks, and talent development initiatives.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, work rules, and factory regulations in compliance with Thai labor law.
- Manage recruitment, and onboarding, training, and succession planning, development for both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Support performance evaluation, KPI setting, and employee discipline processes.
- Coordinate closely with line managers and overseas counterparts to ensure effective HR governance.

- Handle and Prepare HR reports, analytics, audits and presentations for management and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Extensive experience at Senior to Manager level in HR within manufacturing or automotive industries.
- A track record of dispute handling is preferable.
- Experienced in execution of organization structure and salary structure review and improvement is advantage.
- Strong expertise in labor union management and relations, labor law compliance, and employee relations management.
- Experience in organizational structure adjustment and manpower planning.
- Good command of English (spoken and written); experience working with Japanese or international management is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and closely with factory operations
