Location: Indonesia (Open for local Indonesian or Vietnamese who is willing to relocate)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Market research and analysis: Research customer needs and automation market trends in Indonesia. Collect market insights and propose strategic recommendations to expand market share.
  
• Business development strategy: Propose and implement strategies to approach new customers, including sales and marketing planning.
  
• Customer acquisition: Identify, meet, and build long-term relationships with potential customers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Carry out customer care activities to ensure satisfaction and trust in the company's products and services.
  
• Sales promotion activities: Participate in and organize product introductions, seminars, exhibitions, and trade fairs to promote products and enhance the company's brand image.
  
• Contract negotiation: Participate in negotiating and signing contracts with customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  
• Planning and reporting: Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business development plans for the assigned region. Report on business performance and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness.
  

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, or technical engineers with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to collect and interpret data.
• Proficiency in English. Chinese is an advantage.
• Good communication skills; ability to work both independently and in a team.
  
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Hardworking, proactive, honest, eager to learn, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure.
  
• Willingness to commit long-term and demonstrate a strong growth mindset.
