Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.

Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that enhance operational efficiency, automate processes, and generate measurable business value.

Partner with cross-functional teams to embed AI capabilities into core workflows, ensuring sustainable and scalable improvements across the organization.

Develop, review, and validate Python scripts to support data processing, AI model development, and automation pipelines.

Establish and maintain a centralized AI knowledge repository, including best practices, reusable frameworks, standards, templates, and technical documentation.

Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from model development to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Monitor and assess emerging AI technologies, tools, and platforms to recommend innovative solutions for adoption.

Job Requirements

At least 7 years of relevant working experience, proficient in Python programming and scripting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Strong knowledge of AI applications, machine learning methodologies, and data analytics principles.

Experience with digital delivery platforms and AI-enabled analytics tools is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, drive technology adoption, and promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
