Finance & Accounts Executive

 Job Description:

Purpose of the Job:

Provide support for daily finance and accounting tasks

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Prepare and reconcile intercompany payments and customer collection reports
  • Process AP invoices and credit notes promptly
  • Maintain and file AP documents; coordinate with vendors and internal teams
  • Reconcile vendor SOAs and AP aging reports
  • Review staff reimbursement claims
  • Prepare monthly AP payment listing

Fixed Assets Management (FAM):

  • Update and maintain fixed and small assets listings
  • Assist in physical asset counts

General Ledger & Reporting:

  • Maintain audit schedules, bank reconciliations, and cash books
  • Assist with monthly/yearly intercompany and bank confirmations
  • Handle ad-hoc admin tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accountancy
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and BI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
