  • Assist customers by providing clear guidance and professional explanations.
  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to evaluate vision and overall eye health.
  • Issue precise prescriptions for corrective lenses based on diagnostic results.
  • Advise customers on suitable eyewear, lens options, and proper fitting.
  • Educate patients on eye care practices and the importance of routine eye health assessments.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient histories, exam findings, and prescriptions.
  • Keep updated with the latest developments in optical technology and eye care trends.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a comfortable and positive experience for all patients.

Job Requirements

  • Certified and licensed Optometrist with qualifications recognized in Malaysia.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the optical field.
  • Fresh Grad is encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in performing detailed eye examinations and providing accurate prescriptions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Dedicated to delivering high-quality eye care and ensuring patient satisfaction.
  • Prior experience working in a retail optical setting is an advantage.
