Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker

 Job Description:

  • Perform a range of technical work activities to answer client enquiries
  • Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures
  • Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met
  • Provide customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments
  • Ensure meets SLA performance targets.
  • Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
  • Understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
  • Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate from SPM, Diploma and Degree are welcome
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Proven experience in IT Desktop Service environment is an added advantage.
  • Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
  • Demonstrates customer service abilities
  • Routine administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skill
  • Must willing to work at Puchong
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin Speaking client

This job will be start with 12 months contract
24/7 rotational shift (weekend and night shift will be working from home)

12 hours working/day with 3days off
Basic Salary + Travelling Allowance + Shift Allowance
