Customer Service - Mandarin Speaker
Job Description:
- Perform a range of technical work activities to answer client enquiries
- Document and reports on work completed to ensure compliance with company and customer procedures
- Escalate issues in line with company processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Evaluate escalations and action appropriately to ensure customer demands are met
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic team environments
- Ensure meets SLA performance targets.
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
- Understand and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Keep skills up to date with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduate from SPM, Diploma and Degree are welcome
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Proven experience in IT Desktop Service environment is an added advantage.
- Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
- Demonstrates customer service abilities
- Routine administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skill
- Must willing to work at Puchong
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to support Mandarin Speaking client
This job will be start with 12 months contract
24/7 rotational shift (weekend and night shift will be working from home)
12 hours working/day with 3days off
Basic Salary + Travelling Allowance + Shift Allowance
