Key Responsibilities

• Perform thermal analysis and CFD simulation for liquid cooling systems, including cold plates, manifolds, and CDUs.

• Define thermal requirements such as TDP, ΔT, ΔP, flow rate, and inlet/outlet temperature.

• Evaluate and optimize cold plate design, channel geometry, and flow distribution for improved thermal performance.

• Support thermal testing, validation, and qualification at PCBA and system levels.

• Conduct hotspot analysis and propose mitigation solutions.

• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to ensure proper system integration.

• Contribute to PFMEA and thermal risk analysis.

• Work closely with customers to align thermal specifications and testing conditions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Thermal, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in thermal management or cooling solutions.

• Hands-on experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS, Icepak, Flotherm, or similar.

• Strong understanding of liquid cooling, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics.

• Experience in thermal testing, validation, and data correlation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Open to overseas candidates.

• Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
