Senior Executive, Facilities Maintenance

 Job Description:

  • Location: Changi Coast (Transport Provided)
  • 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
  • Rotating Shifts: 8.00am to 5.15pm / 8.30am to 5.45pm

Responsibilities:

    1. Supervise Operations & Maintenance – Plan and supervise the smooth operation of air-con systems, electrical installations, and building services through regular maintenance and implementation of preventive and corrective programs in compliance with legislative requirements and approved budget.
    2. Manage Repairs, Projects & Renovations – Direct general repairs of equipment, furniture, and fittings. Assist in supervising new projects and renovation works, liaising with government departments, contractors, and internal customers.
    3. Oversee Spare Parts, Stock & Contracts – Ensure proper control of spare parts and materials through stock recording and periodic checks. Prepare tender specifications, ensure service contracts are executed as scheduled, and initiate renewals as required.
    4. Coordinate Daily Operational Needs – Liaise with departments on setup of audio-visual and electrical equipment, and ensure submission of relevant documents to authorities.
    5. Ensure Safety & Compliance – Enforce safety standards, fire safety, and local codes. Assist in updating Fire Fighting Procedures and conduct half-yearly Fire Drills.
    6. Conduct Daily Monitoring – Perform daily checks on main water meter to detect leaks and monitor pond water levels of the golf courses.
    7. Uphold Maintenance Standards – Maintain building and facilities standards, ensuring plants and equipment are serviced according to schedule.
    8. Supervise & Support Team – Supervise and assist Technical Executives and Technicians in daily repair and maintenance works, and carry out duties as assigned by the Manager (Facilities).

Requirements:

    • Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, M&E Engineering or related field with 5+ years' relevant experience
    • Strong technical knowledge of facilities maintenance, compliance regulations, budgeting, and vendor/contract management
    • Proven project leadership and continuous improvement skills with ability to manage emergencies and ensure business continuity
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Facilities Management systems with excellent stakeholder communication skills
