Major Duties / Key Result Areas
1. Supervise all production activities to ensure the products are produced according to
specifications, work instructions, good manufacturing practices and delivery on time.
2. Ensure and maintain discipline and well behavior of production team.
3. Ensure the rules of tidiness are fully and continuously respected and implemented
according to 5S standards.
4. Be the workshop leader for optimizing quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
5. Drive Production team to meet production schedule and customer delivery
commitments.
6. Coordinate with the related departments (QC, Procurement/Technical/Supply
Chain/Maintenance) to implement the preventive maintenance and repair activities of
all machines/equipment in the plant.
7. Monitor KPIs performance such as OEE/Cycle time/AMU (Absolute Material Utilization)
and make weekly report
8. Drive safety improvements and risk reduction in all paint processing area adhering to life
critical rules.
9. Develop and implement tools and processes to improve paint processing, including but
not limited to quality, setup time and cost in an optimal manner.
10. Develop, design and recommend manufacturing processes for new products &
intermediate and manage the manufacturing process (Review, implement and
recommend manufacturing process for scale up)
11. Review the current manufacturing process and recommend and implement revision of
the process.
12. Continuous improvement in manufacturing process for an optimal process with 1st time
right outcome
13. Considerable creativity and initiative are required providing process troubleshooting
support to coating processes and implement effective countermeasures.
14. Participate in CAIR / Quality Failure corrective actions driving year over year continuous
improvements.
15. Review and manage the production equipment to improve operating performance.
16. Preserve the ISO 9001 standards and play a key role in Internal Audits.
17. Analyze the measurement data and provide improvements via use of statistical analysis.
18. Drive process simplifications / equipment improvements to improve overall paint
manufacturing process.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering.
2. Minimum 05+ years working experience in manufacturing environment. At least 5
years' experience in Powder coating with management position
3. Able to effectively communicate in local and English language.
4. Good leadership & People management skills

8. Good statistical analytical skills.
9. Lean Six Sigma qualifications will be an advantage.
