Commercial Trainer (Sales/FMCG)
Job Description:
Minimum 10 years of sales training experience in FMCG (preferably beverages)
At least 45 years in a leadership role within Commercial Learning & Development
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver blended learning programs (classroom, online, social) for Commercial teams and Bargainable employees
- Conduct targeted product and sales training aligned with business goals and promotional campaigns
- Build and manage training systems, SOPs, materials, and processes from the ground up
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee engagement through feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Group HC Learning & OD team to align learning with strategic objectives
- Stay current on industry trends and consumer preferences to ensure relevant training content
- Support new product launches and mentor internal coaches to build a strong talent pipeline
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Adult Education, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of sales training experience in FMCG (preferably beverages)
- At least 45 years in a leadership role within Commercial Learning & Development
- Proven experience in curriculum design, training delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication, project management, and change leadership skills
- Experience in commercial startup environments is a plus
