A Contracts Administrator is required to support contract and procurement processes for a large EPC project. This is a junior role with focus on execution and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation and administration of purchase orders
- Maintain contract documentation and records
- Track contract status, deadlines, and compliance
- Assist legal and procurement teams in daily operations
- Ensure proper filing and organization of agreements
- Support reporting and internal coordination
Key Requirements
- 1–3+ years of relevant experience (or strong junior profile)
- Basic understanding of contracts and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
- Fluent in English
- Russian is a strong advantage
- Based in Doha
