A Contracts Administrator is required to support contract and procurement processes for a large EPC project. This is a junior role with focus on execution and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support preparation and administration of purchase orders
  • Maintain contract documentation and records
  • Track contract status, deadlines, and compliance
  • Assist legal and procurement teams in daily operations
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of agreements
  • Support reporting and internal coordination
Key Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience (or strong junior profile)
  • Basic understanding of contracts and procurement processes
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle documentation
  • Fluent in English
  • Russian is a strong advantage 
  • Based in Doha
