An international investment advisory and multi-family office is looking for an Investment Officer / Global Wealth Management to join its growing team in Dubai. The firm works with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, offering tailored investment solutions and long-term wealth strategies. This role is ideal for someone analytical, commercially sharp, and eager to take on real responsibility in a high-trust, entrepreneurial setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of client portfolios across public and private markets including equities, fixed income, alternatives, private equity, and real estate.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and help source direct deals and co-investments.
- Work closely with the CEO on shaping investment strategy, asset allocation, and market positioning.
- Prepare reports, performance updates, and market insights for both internal use and client communication.
- Monitor global macro trends to support tactical investment decisions.
- Liaise with asset managers, fund platforms, and other investment partners.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance standards across all investment activities.
- Collaborate with client advisors and operations to deliver top-tier service and execution.
Profile:
- 5 - 6 years of experience in investment management, private wealth, or a family office setup.
- Solid background in portfolio construction, financial analysis, and investment due diligence.
- Comfortable working across asset classes, including alternatives like private equity, credit, and real assets.
- Proven track record in sourcing and assessing direct investment opportunities.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills.
- CFA, CAIA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Already based in Dubai or open to relocating. Fluency in English is a must; other languages are a bonus.
