Partnership Manager (Logistics & Transport)

Role Overview: Managing the commercial relationship and operational performance of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers. This person will be the main point of contact for major couriers to optimize shipping costs and service quality.

Key Requirements:

* Background: Currently or recently at a major E-commerce platform (specifically handling the Logistics/Transport or 3PL Partnership desk).

* Vendor Management: Direct experience dealing with key accounts like J&T, JNE, SiCepat, etc.

* Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate rates, incentive schemes, and strict SLAs with logistics partners.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing logistics data, shipping fee structures, and delivery performance metrics.
